This is stated in an agreement in principle that employers&#039; organisations ABU and NBBU have concluded with the trade union LBV. Think of equal pay, travel expenses, pension and training.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The agreement anticipates expected legislation that will make equal treatment mandatory. By recording the agreements now, employment agencies and clients can prepare themselves well for what is to come.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Please note: the agreement still needs to be approved by the members of the parties involved, but if this happens, the new collective labor agreement will apply from 2026 to 2028.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>An important step towards more clarity and equality in the sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vanaf 1 januari 2026 krijgen uitzendkrachten exact dezelfde arbeidsvoorwaarden als vaste medewerkers bij hun opdrachtgevers.
