For you, it is daily work.<\/p>\n<p>But this position goes beyond just error-free administration.<\/p>\n<p>As Team Leader of Time and Payroll Administration, you lead a team of four colleagues and play a key role in the further development of our back office. You maintain an overview, monitor quality, and identify opportunities to make processes smarter and more efficient.<\/p>\n<p>You will be given the space to take initiative, implement improvements, and contribute to thinking about the future of the department.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>What are you going to do?<\/h2>\n<p>You are responsible for the daily management of the timekeeping and payroll administration and ensure that all processes run smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>In addition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you manage a team of four employees and support them in their development;<\/li>\n<li>you ensure correct and timely payroll processing;<\/li>\n<li>you monitor the quality of time registration and payroll;<\/li>\n<li>advise your colleagues and management on collective labour agreements, laws and regulations, and salary issues;<\/li>\n<li>identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within processes;<\/li>\n<li>you contribute to the optimization and further professionalization of the department;<\/li>\n<li>You are the point of contact for complex payroll and personnel issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Why this position is interesting<\/h2>\n<p>This role is interesting for an experienced payroll professional who is ready for more responsibility and influence.<\/p>\n<p>You get the chance to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to lead a committed team;<\/li>\n<li>to actively help build a growing organization;<\/li>\n<li>to improve processes and implement changes;<\/li>\n<li>to combine substantive expertise with coaching and leadership;<\/li>\n<li>to make a visible contribution to the success of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>What are you taking with you?<\/h2>\n<p>You don&#039;t need to have experience with everything.
