Safe swimming in open water

Mondial Uitzend informs its temporary workers about the danger of swimming in open water.
14 - 05 - 2024

As summer approaches, we would like to draw attention to the following. Every year, approximately 100 people drown in open water in the Netherlands, for various reasons such as currents, temperature differences and overestimating their own swimming skills. Swimming lessons are not as common everywhere as in the Netherlands, which often results in migrant workers among the victims. We therefore believe it is important to properly inform the group of migrant workers who come to work here about the risks of swimming in open water. Here is a link to the campaign page 'Who checks you? – Safe in and out of the water', available in several languages, including Polish, and therefore ideal for informing foreign employees. You can select your preferred language at the bottom of the page.
