This depends on the client where you work. In general, we only have full-time positions.

Before the start of the work you will receive a temporary employment confirmation containing your salary, allowances and a reference to the relevant collective labor agreement. Are you changing client? You will then receive a new dispatch confirmation.

The hours worked can be passed on by means of a job sheet or via a specially downloadable app (you will receive more information about this app in our personnel guide).

Mondial Uitzend adheres to the user company remuneration. This means that you will earn the same as someone who is employed directly by the client in the same position. Of course you will receive at least the Statutory Minimum Wage for an adult. We do not use reduced youth wages.

Every Monday morning we collect the hours worked for the previous week. These hours are processed and we pay out every Monday. Depending on the speed of your own bank, the money will be in your account within 2 working days.

You can find out what your annual statement looks like in the personnel guide. We provide the annual statement no later than the third week of February.

You will receive your final statement no later than 2 weeks after your employment, which you have canceled at least 2 weeks in advance in writing or via the app. All outstanding reservations (such as holiday allowance and holiday days) will then be transferred to you. Here you will receive a salary specification. Any costs still to be paid will be settled

And we think it's important that our customers can rely on employees who comply with rules, which is why we ask you to provide proof of good conduct.
