Full-time, from €15.74 per hour, challenging technical position
Are you a technical marvel with experience in edges and folds of steel? Do you want to work in a dynamic company that supplies mixing and packaging machines for the fertilizer industry worldwide? We are looking for a bender to strengthen the production department and perform precise work with stainless steel and normal steel.
What will you do as a Kanter?
As a press brake operator, you are responsible for bending and edging laser-cut parts, both stainless steel and normal steel, using a press brake. You work independently on technical drawings and ensure that the parts are ready for further production. You also perform maintenance work on the press brake and ensure that it functions properly. In addition, you support the laser cutting department and help with picking and warehouse management.
Your tasks in brief:
- Bending and folding of steel and stainless steel with a press brake
- Precision machining of laser cut parts
- Maintenance and cleaning of the press brake
- Preparing the flow of goods towards production
- Reading technical drawings and working independently
- Provide support to the laser cutting department and warehouse management

What do we expect from you?
- Technical background: You have experience in a technical position, preferably in metalworking or have a relevant education.
- Experience with technical drawings: You can read technical drawings and work accurately.
- Flexibility: You can work independently, but also collaborate with your colleagues.
- Language skills: You speak Dutch or English.
- Driving license: You have a driving license B and are available for a longer period of time.
