Mondial is a fast-growing employment agency and payroller with offices in Schagen, St.-Annaparochie and Venlo. We are SNF, ABU and NEN 4400-1 certified and specialized in the employment, payroll and recruitment of (international) flex workers for companies in Noord-Holland, Friesland and Limburg. Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced:
Payroll expert (30-40 hours per week)
What are you going to do?
As a payroll expert, you are the driving force behind accurate and timely payroll processing. You ensure that salaries are processed correctly every week, pay slips and annual statements are drawn up, and that all laws and regulations are complied with. You work closely with HR, Sales and Finance. At the office, we speak both Dutch and English.
What do we ask:
- At least an MBO 4 diploma, preferably supplemented with a PDL and/or VPS diploma.
- Salary calculations, ET exchange, collective labor agreements and borrower remuneration hold no secrets for you.
- Experience with payroll software within the temporary employment sector, such as Easyflex, Plan4Flex, Loket.nl.
- You are an Excel expert, pivot tables and formulas are a piece of cake for you.
- You have an analytical mind and an eye for detail.
- Independent, stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
- In the office we switch between Dutch and English, so a good command of both languages is a must.
