We are SNF, ABU and NEN 4400-1 certified and specialized in the employment, payroll and recruitment of (international) flex workers for companies in Noord-Holland, Friesland and Limburg. Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for an experienced:
Payroll Administrator (30-40 hours per week)
Job description
As a payroll administrator, you are responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing. You process weekly salary payments, prepare pay slips and annual statements, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. You work closely with HR, Sales and Finance. The working language in the office is Dutch and English.
Job requirements
- At least an MBO 4 diploma, preferably supplemented with a PDL and/or VPS diploma.
- Knowledge of salary calculations, ET exchange, collective labour agreements and hirer remuneration.
- Experience with payroll software such as Easyflex, Plan4Flex, Loket.nl.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Independent, stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
