Recruiter (30-40 hours per week)
What are you going to do?
As a Recruiter, you are part of our recruitment process and team of recruiters. You ensure that recruitment strategies are not only effective, but also future-proof. Your tasks in a nutshell:
- Mutual cooperation – You coach and motivate the recruitment team and ensure a clear, efficient working method. You are also the link with our foreign recruiters and travel (when necessary) to them to strengthen cooperation.
- Strategic recruitment – You develop and implement recruitment plans and processes and know exactly how to build and maintain high-quality talent pools.
- Collaborate with (all) colleagues – Together we ensure that the right people end up in the right place, tailored to the wishes of our clients.
- Optimization of recruitment processes – You analyze KPIs, set up recruitment dashboards and work with recruitment software.
- In the office we switch between Dutch and English, so a good command of both languages is a must.
What are we asking?
- At least a HBO diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field and/or at least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have a coaching and motivational collaborative style.
- You are analytical and results-oriented.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques.
- Willingness to travel (internationally) to our foreign recruiters.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
