What you're going to do
- Planning flexible workers and realizing the right matches with clients;
- Supporting the replacement, transport and housing of flexible workers;
- Maintain intensive contact with clients and internal teams;
- Support fellow planners and coordinators and learn from each other;
- Follow up schedules and monitor quality;
- The Planning Department works in two shifts (from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. You work on Saturdays once every two weeks, which means you have a day off during the week).
Who you are
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and strong communication skills (Dutch C1, English);
- Accurate, customer-oriented, solution-oriented and flexible;
- MBO3 or MBO4;
- Motivated to learn and grow in planning and organization.
