Facility Management Coordinator (40 hours per week) you will have the opportunity to work independently, learn and really make an impact on the quality and service within our organization.

What you're going to do
- Administration and registration of real estate locations, residents and facility notifications;
- Coordination of maintenance, cleaning and facility work;
- First point of contact for suppliers, clients and internal questions;
- Support with reporting, housing management and process improvements.
Who you are
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English;
- Accurate, structured, customer and service oriented;
- MBO4, preferably with a Facility Management certificate;
- Enthusiastic, independent, eager to learn and a real team player.
