What are you going to do?
As an HR Advisor / HR Business Partner, you work closely with the HR Manager and HR (Flex) staff. Together, you are the HR point of contact for the organization. Additionally, you are the first point of contact for internal employees and a sparring partner for team leaders.
You are occupied with:
- Advising on HR issues, absenteeism, performance, and development.
- Managing personnel files and HR administration.
- Drafting contracts and personnel documents.
- Processing and following up on absence notifications.
- Guiding the inflow, throughput, and outflow.
- Identifying HR issues and advising the organization.
- Taking on HR projects and improvement initiatives together with the HR Manager.
Who are we looking for?
A solid HR professional with a completed Bachelor's degree in HRM, Personnel & Labor, or similar. You have knowledge of HR, employment law, and absenteeism. You are:
- Strong communication skills and easy to approach.
- Independent, meticulous, and proactive.
- Not afraid to give advice and confident.
- Focused on collaboration and results.
- Ambitious and do you want to develop yourself
