Payroll means that you hand over the legal role of employer. The employee therefore joins Mondial Payroll while you manage the application procedure yourself. Mondial Payroll is responsible for drawing up contracts, correct time processing, applying the correct laws and regulations and we bear the risks in case of illness or injury. You are in control of recruiting the new employee(s), personnel planning and daily management on the work floor.
