Contract Administration Officer (8 – 20 hours per week)
What are you going to do?
As a Contract Administration Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the contracts for temporary workers at our international staffing agency. You'll draft contracts, verify their signatures, and ensure they're processed correctly in our systems. You'll also take on other administrative tasks related to contract administration. You'll work closely with our coordinators and colleagues in Planning. The office language alternates between Dutch and English.
What do we ask:
- At least an MBO2 diploma, preferably in an administrative or secretarial field
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English (basic)
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Solution-oriented and responsible
- Experience with broadcasting software is an advantage
