What are you going to do?
As an administrative employee, you are the calling card of the company. You keep an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:
- Telephone contact with customers and colleagues (receiving, transferring and taking notes);
- Processing incoming orders (mail/telephone);
- General administrative tasks;
- Support with HR matters, such as personnel changes and personnel files.
What are you bringing?
- MBO work and thinking level, preferably with an administrative background;
- Experience in a similar position is a bonus;
- You communicate clearly and flawlessly in Dutch;
- You are customer-friendly, accurate and independent;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Affinity with HR administration? Then you have an advantage.
