What are you going to do?
As an administrative assistant, you're a key member of the team. You ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and provide support where needed.
Your duties include:
- Processing and checking administrative data
- Maintain contact with customers and colleagues (by telephone and email)
- Support with order processing and invoicing
- Various administrative and organizational tasks
What do we expect from you?
✅ You have a good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)
✅ You are proficient with computers and common programs (such as Outlook, Excel and Word)
✅ You work accurately and in a structured manner
✅ You are customer-oriented, collegial and have good communication skills
✅ You are available full-time from December for a period of approximately 9 months
