What are you going to do?
As a coordinator, you're the linchpin in technical maintenance. You ensure that installations, machines, and buildings function optimally, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment.
Your duties include:
- Managing the technical department and external technicians.
- Creating and monitoring maintenance schedules (both preventive and corrective).
- Identify, prioritize and resolve faults.
- Ensure safe use and maintenance of installations (heating, irrigation, lighting, sorting machines, and more).
- Inventory management of parts and materials.
- Participate in improvement projects regarding automation, energy savings and sustainability.
- Prepare reports and advise management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Who are you?
- You have a vocational education (MBO+/HBO) background, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or installation technology.
- You have experience in a similar position, ideally in greenhouse horticulture or production.
- You are a natural leader and organizer.
- You have knowledge of installation technology, electrical engineering and/or mechanics.
- You speak Dutch or English well.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and have strong communication skills.
