🔍 About the position
For this full-time position, we are seeking a Deep Drawing & Stamping Specialist, available to start in September. This is a long-term assignment with the prospect of permanent employment. You will work stable day shifts, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM–4:00 PM). Saturday work is rare and only available if you are willing to work on it.
You'll be responsible for the entire production process: from converting and configuring the machines to running batches, feeding metal rolls, manually removing stamped products, and stacking and removing them. Technical expertise and physical dexterity are essential.
🛠 Responsibilities

Setting up and operating hydraulic deep-drawing presses (including 400 T & 250 T AP&T, SMG, Sanders).

Working with eccentric presses (including 130 T Müller, 100 T Rus, 25 T Ter Hart).

Perform stamping operations with powerful automatic and manual presses (including 250 T Andritz Kaiser, 160 T Müller).

Changing tools, setting up machines and performing quality control.

Actively identify and correct process deviations, in collaboration with technology and maintenance.

Contribute to improvements in the production process and make proposals for more efficient working.

Demonstrable experience with deep drawing and stamping processes.

Experience in building and setting up hydraulic and eccentric presses.

Technical insight and knowledge of metals such as steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and brass.

Able to read technical drawings and understand tolerances.

Independent, accurate, safety-conscious and a real team player.
💶 Salary indication (gross per hour, depending on experience)

Junior (0–2 years experience): €17.50 – €19.00

Intermediate (3–5 years of experience): €20.00 – €22.00

Senior / Manager (5+ years of experience): €23.00 – €25.50+
