For one of our clients, a leading communications and print specialist in the botanical sector, we are looking for an Order Management Automation Officer.
In this role, you'll combine your analytical and technical skills with process-oriented thinking. You'll help the organization make its order processes smarter and more efficient, partly through the use of automation and AI.
About the organization
Our client is a renowned player in the graphic media and botanical market. From their modern production facility in Noord-Holland, they manage the entire process of creative concept to final product — including labels, plant tags, and packaging. The company collaborates internationally with marketing and sales organizations in Europe and boasts an impressive botanical image library and its own photo studio.
What are you going to do?
- Optimize and further automate order processes;
- Identifying bottlenecks and making improvement proposals for order and production processes;
- Research and implement AI applications to increase efficiency;
- Preparing and supervising production orders, from receipt to delivery;
- Intensive collaboration with production, logistics and sales.
Who are you?
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of ICT;
- Demonstrable affinity with automation, ICT systems and artificial intelligence;
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented;
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written;
- Experience in the graphics industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
