We are SNF, ABU and NEN 4400-1 certified and specialized in the employment, payroll and recruitment of international flex workers for companies in Noord-Holland, Friesland and Limburg. For our team we are looking for a:
Planner (40 hours per week)
What are you going to do?
As a Planner you are responsible for coordinating the work planning of our flex workers. You maintain direct contact with our clients to map out their wishes and translate these into an efficient planning. In addition, you ensure the planning of housing and transport of the flex workers and work closely with other departments within the company. The communication is in both Dutch and English, it goes without saying that you have commercial insight. Your location is our office in Schagen.
What do we ask:
• Experience as a planner or similar role.
• Independent, stress-resistant, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Good communication and commercial skills.
• Dutch and English speaking (Polish, Hungarian, Romanian is an advantage).
• Willingness to work on Saturday once every two weeks (that week you have one day off during the week).
