Are you a Experienced Planner (40 hours per week) who maintains a clear overview and enjoys helping people? Do you want to work in a team where your work is truly valued and where you can develop further? Then we are looking for you as an Experienced Planning Officer!

  • Market-conform salary of € 3,000 - € 4,250 gross per month (depending on experience);

What you're going to do

  • Planning flexible workers and realizing the right matches with clients;
  • Arrange replacement, transportation and accommodation where necessary;
  • Maintain intensive contact with clients and internal teams;
  • Support fellow planners and share knowledge.
  • The Planning department works in 2 shifts (from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Once every two weeks you work on a Saturday, so you have a day off during the week).

 

Who you are

  • Strong communication skills (Dutch C1, English);
  • Organizationally strong, accurate and solution-oriented;
  • MBO4/HBO, preferably with a planning or temporary employment background;
  • Experience with Plan4Flex (advantage)
  • Experienced in scheduling flexible workers or migrant workers.
