It's environmentally friendly: no solvents, no hazardous fumes, and any powder that doesn't end up on the product is reused. Moreover, you can powder coat any product in almost any desired color, from standard RAL to bronze finishes.
What are you going to do?
As a powder coater, you'll be responsible for professionally applying powder coatings to steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Your duties will include:
- Preparing metal products (degreasing, blasting, hanging)
- Applying electrostatic powder with a spray gun
- Coatings cure in the oven to an even, durable layer
- Checking quality, layer thickness and end result
- Working with the automatic powder coating track, suitable for long and heavy structural steel (up to 15.5 m long and 5,000 kg)
- Ensuring a safe and clean work process
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Accurate and quality-oriented work
- Technical insight and practical skill has
- Is physically fit and has no problem with lifting and moving
- Preferably with experience in powder coating
