For a modern and growing food production environment we are looking for a Technical Service Employee with coaching skills and a proactive attitude. In this role you are responsible for managing technical activities and thinking about investment projects in mechanical and electrical engineering.
What are you going to do?
As a Technical Service Employee:
- Coordinate and manage your external technicians and maintenance parties.
- Are you working on optimizing maintenance processes and implementing reliability programs?
- Are you responsible for the maintenance and operation of the machinery and installations?
- Contribute to technical investment projects and the continuous improvement of facilities.
- Do you supervise building management and ensure that everything complies with the applicable (Arbo) legislation and regulations?
- Report directly to the Operations Director.
What are you taking with you?
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level in a technical direction, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a production environment, preferably in the food industry.
- A coaching style of leadership and a hands-on mentality.
- Experience with reliability programs, Maintenance & Reliability methodologies and maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the field of safety and technology.
- In possession of a NEN 3140 certificate.
- You communicate clearly and have a good command of Dutch, English and German.
