What are you going to do?
As a CNC Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production process. You work together with your colleagues in the factory and ensure that the machines perform optimally. You monitor the quality of the products and contribute ideas for improvements to the production process.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Operating and setting up CNC machines.
- Adjusting CNC programs where necessary.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Selecting and setting the right tools.
- Performing quality checks during the production process.
- Maintaining and cleaning the CNC machine.
- Identifying malfunctions and contributing ideas for improvements in quality and efficiency.
- Performing various tasks for the finishing of products.
Who are you?
You are a go-getter who enjoys taking responsibility. You work accurately, think in solutions, and find it important to deliver high-quality work. Additionally, you enjoy working with colleagues and are open to further developing yourself.
Furthermore, you have:
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
- Experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role (preferred).
- Experience operating CNC machines.
- Technical insight and experience with tools.
- The ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Experience with Campus/Holzher is a plus.
- A proactive work attitude and good communication skills.
- The motivation to quickly master new techniques and working methods.
