Our client is a dedicated family business that passionately grows vegetables in modern greenhouses. With a close-knit team of three to five employees, they work daily to produce healthy and sustainable products. To strengthen this team, they are looking for a cooperating foreman who maintains an overview, contributes independently and guides the team in its daily work.
Your role
- You actively participate in the greenhouse and manage the team in their daily work.
- You divide tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You have an eye for quality, order and safety in the greenhouse.
- You are a point of contact and support for the employees.
- Driving a forklift is also part of the job (experience is a plus).
We are looking for someone who
- Masters the Dutch language and can communicate well with colleagues.
- Has an affinity with greenhouse horticulture and working with vegetables, plants or fruit.
- Leadership qualities combined with a practical, cooperative attitude.
- Is flexible and likes to work together in a small team.
- Preferably in possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one.
