As Team Leader of Time and Payroll Administration, you lead a team of four colleagues and play a key role in the further development of our back office. You maintain an overview, monitor quality, and identify opportunities to make processes smarter and more efficient.

You will be given the space to take initiative, implement improvements, and contribute to thinking about the future of the department.

What are you going to do?

You are responsible for the daily management of the timekeeping and payroll administration and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

In addition:

  • you manage a team of four employees and support them in their development;
  • you ensure correct and timely payroll processing;
  • you monitor the quality of time registration and payroll;
  • advise your colleagues and management on collective labour agreements, laws and regulations, and salary issues;
  • identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement within processes;
  • you contribute to the optimization and further professionalization of the department;
  • You are the point of contact for complex payroll and personnel issues.

Experience within the staffing industry, knowledge of Easyflex, VPS, or additional professional training are a nice plus, but not a strict requirement.
