The job content
As a Maintenance Foreman, you will be fully involved in the work that needs to be done on our housing and offices. Sometimes this will be a regular repair or maintenance job, other times this will be a larger (renovation) job. The work is sometimes carried out alone and sometimes in a team, all colleagues alternately work breakdown shifts. We work with migrant workers, the working language varies between Dutch and (basic) English.
What do we ask:
We expect you to have insight into the jobs that need to be done on movable and immovable property. You not only see what needs to be done, but you are also able to carry out these jobs. In addition, you are expected to be the point of contact for colleagues and external parties in the absence of the team leader.
So you are technical, have leadership skills and are verbally proficient in Dutch and English (Polish, Hungarian, Romanian is an advantage). Preferably you have completed technical training at MBO 4 level and you are in possession of a VCA and BE driving license.

An extremely varied position where every day is different. You work in a small maintenance team within the entire Mondial Uitzend team. The procedure:
You will receive a message from us no later than January 19, 2024 whether you will be invited for an introductory meeting. This conversation will be held with Petra Boldewijn (HR) and Jelle Komen (Maintenance), followed by a possible conversation with colleagues in the Maintenance team. If we see a match, we will make you an offer before January 29, 2024.
Good to know: Mondial Uitzend is currently still located in 't Zand, we will move to Schagen in April 2024.
