Mondial is a growing staffing agency and payroll organization with branches in Schagen, Leeuwarden, and Venlo. We connect people with work in technology, woodworking, administration, agriculture, and maintenance. For our head office in Schagen, we are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter, also known as an Internal Recruiter, who spots opportunities before the client mentions them.
What are you going to do?
- You are the first point of contact for our business relations regarding personnel matters and actively contribute to finding solutions, not only regarding vacancies.
- You translate a client request into a sharp candidate profile and actively continue searching, even if the match is not obvious.
- You maintain and strengthen the collaboration with our international recruitment partners.
- You work closely with Sales & Planning and liaise with HR regarding internal positions.
Who are we looking for?
You think in solutions, not problems. Where others say "that won't work," you ask "how can it be done?". You are proactive, enterprising, and a strong communicator, and you dare to question existing working methods. Experience with an ATS and within a staffing agency is a plus.
What do we offer?
- A varied position for 32-40 hours per week;
- A gross monthly salary of up to €4,300 (based on full-time and depending on experience);
