The function

As an expedition employee, you are responsible for the administrative processing of logistics documents. You ensure that shipments are handled and guided correctly, according to fixed procedures.

What are you going to do?

Preparing and (partly) executing invoicing and import duties
File administration management
Receiving and guiding drivers
Processing of freight documents
Checking and completing transport documentation
Maintaining contact with customers and carriers
Monitoring document deadlines

What are you taking with you?

MBO work and thinking level
Experience with forwarding or logistics processes
Basic knowledge of customs matters
Accurate, independent and a team player
You speak Dutch or English and understand Dutch in any case
