For our head office in Schagen, we are looking for an Experienced Recruiter — Senior Recruiter — who recruits, advises, and delivers results independently. Are you currently working as a Placement Consultant or Recruiter and ready for the next step? This role is for you.
What are you going to do?
- Independently recruiting, selecting, and placing candidates for our clients.
- Brainstorming with clients about their staffing issues and advising them on the labor market.
- Contributing ideas to and coaching junior recruiters and placement consultants in the workplace.
- Collaborate with Sales & Planning and our international recruitment partners.
Who are we looking for?
You have demonstrable recruitment experience, for example as a Recruiter, Placement Consultant, or in a similar role within the flexible staffing industry. You are independent, results-oriented, and not afraid to ask the client a critical question. Experience with an ATS is a plus.
