Our client is a growing agricultural company specializing in the cultivation of peonies and other crops.
We are looking for a to strengthen our team general employee / assistant in cultivation who is available all year round and likes to roll up his sleeves.
🔧 What are you going to do?
You participate in all phases of the cultivation process. This includes:
- Cuttings, digging and planting peonies
- Cultivating and maintaining the land
- Working with the tractor
- Assistance with spraying (if authorized)
- Working with the permanent team on the field
You will spend a lot of time on the tractor, but you will also actively work with the boys in the fields – a varied role with responsibility and seasonal dynamics.
✅ We ask:
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Tractor driving license (T driving license)
- Spray license (or willingness to obtain one)
- A go-getter who enjoys working outdoors and is flexible in his/her work
