What will you do as a Production Employee?
Our client is a leading paint manufacturer that produces paint products for the metal industry, including 20-liter buckets and larger buckets of hundreds of liters. As a production employee, you are responsible for reading paint recipes and adding the correct ingredients. You fill the buckets mechanically and ensure that customer orders are completed and shipped on time. You will find yourself in a dynamic work environment where no day is the same!
What do we offer you?
- Full-time position: Start immediately with a one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract if you perform well.
- Attractive salary: Starting salary of €15 per hour.
- Forklift Driver Training: Don't have a forklift license yet? No problem, we'll train you!

What do we expect from you?
- Accuracy: Experience reading recipes is a plus, or you are willing to learn. Correct paint proportions are essential for production.
- Language skills: You speak Dutch or English at a B1/B2 level.
- Team player: You enjoy working together and are willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Driving license B: A valid driving license B and the willingness to be available for the position for a long period of time.
