For our head office in Schagen, we are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader, also known as a recruitment manager, who leads our team of Recruiters and Placement Consultants and is responsible for the recruitment results.
What are you going to do?
- Managing and coaching the recruitment team (Recruiters and Intermediaries).
- Responsible for the recruitment KPIs and translating them into the weekly Sales & Operations meeting.
- Further development of recruitment strategy and processes.
- Liaising with Sales, Planning, and international recruitment partners at a tactical level.
Who are we looking for?
You have demonstrable experience leading a recruitment or sales team, preferably within the staffing industry. You are results-oriented, coaching, and switch effortlessly between strategy and daily practice. This role is a great next step for an experienced Specialist Recruiter or someone in a similar senior role.
