What are you going to do?
As an independent chef, you are responsible for preparing delicious dishes and igniting creativity in our kitchen. You work closely with the kitchen team to perfect the dishes and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In addition, you contribute to the organization of the kitchen, monitor the quality of the dishes and ensure that all hygiene and safety standards are met.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and finishing dishes according to the menu
- Independently carrying out all work in the kitchen
- Monitoring the quality and presentation of dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace
- Ordering ingredients and inventory management
- Compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service
What we expect from you:
- Demonstrable experience as a chef, preferably in a similar position
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
- Good command of the Dutch or English language
- Flexible, stress-resistant and solution-oriented
- Passion for cooking and striving for high quality
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Willing to work according to the roster schedule (including evenings and weekends)
