For our head office in Schagen, we are looking for a Specialist Recruiter who takes ownership of a specific recruitment domain. Are you currently working as a Recruitment Consultant or Experienced Recruiter and do you want to delve deeper into the profession rather than just the day-to-day operations? This is your chance.
What are you going to do?
- Ownership of a specific recruitment domain (for example, international recruitment, a sector, or a region).
- Developing and implementing your own recruitment strategy.
- Advising Sales and the Recruitment Team Leader on labor market developments.
- Maintaining strategic relationships with international recruitment partners.
Who are we looking for?
You have several years of recruitment experience, preferably within the staffing industry, and are ready to take ownership of a specialization. You are analytical, entrepreneurial, and think strategically, not just in terms of individual vacancies.
