What are you going to do?
As a sweeping machine operator, you are on the road daily in the Northern Netherlands to deliver various sites and roads clean and tidy. You operate a vacuum sweeper with which you thoroughly clean contaminated surfaces using adjustable brushes and suction technology.
You work at various locations, such as public spaces and business premises, where you ensure a visibly clean result. That gives you satisfaction every day: you make everything look neat and well-maintained again.
In addition to working with the sweeper, your role may be expanded in the initial phase to include duties on the gully cleaner. This involves emptying gullies, manholes, and tanks.
In the long term, there are ample opportunities for advancement within the fleet. You will have the chance to be trained internally to operate other specialist vehicles.
What are you bringing?
- You hold a C driving licence (CE is a plus)
- You enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
- You have an inquisitive and solution-oriented attitude.
- You don't have a 9-to-5 mentality
- You handle equipment and vehicles with care.
- You have technical insight and an affinity for machines.
