Mondial Uitzend is looking for a results-oriented Technical Recruiter, also known as a Technical Recruiter, to recruit temporary workers for technical positions, from machine operators to maintenance mechanics. You will work from our head office in Schagen.
What are you going to do?
- Actively sourcing, approaching, and selecting technical candidates.
- Writing job descriptions that actually appeal to technical talent.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pool within the technical field.
- Collaborate with Sales & Planning and our international Recruiters.
Who are we looking for?
A Recruiter who looks beyond the standard job site. You are creative, have strong communication skills, and are results-oriented, and know how to reach candidates that others cannot find. An affinity for technology helps you ask the right questions. Are you currently working as a Recruitment Consultant and do you want to delve into recruitment? This is a great place to start. Experience with an ATS and within a staffing agency is a plus.
What do we offer?
- A varied position for 32-40 hours per week;
- A gross monthly salary of up to €4,300 (based on full-time and depending on experience);
