For one of the largest DIY stores in the Netherlands, we are looking for motivated employees who are eager to roll up their sleeves. This is a large DIY store with an enormous assortment of over 60,000 products: from screws and tools to garden furniture, barbecues, potting soil, and even boats.
Together with a permanent team of 53 employees, students, and on-call staff, you ensure that the store and warehouse remain neat, stocked, and organized. You work right in the midst of the customers, so a presentable appearance and customer friendliness are important.
What are you going to do?
- Processing and labeling incoming goods
- Working with scanners to see where the product needs to be placed
- Placing products in the right place in the store
- Keep shelves neat, clean, and stocked
- Straighten products and keep aisles tidy
- Assisting with logistical tasks in the warehouse and store
- Working with a wide range of products: from small boxes to pallets
Multiple deliveries arrive daily that need to be processed. No day is the same.
What are we asking?
- You are a hard worker and work neatly.
- You speak English or Dutch
- You have no problem doing physical work.
- You are presentable and customer-friendly
- You can work independently after an explanation.
- Forklift experience is a plus (preferably with a certificate).
- At least one driver's license within the team is desired.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Working hours: approximately 07:30 – 17:00
- Weekend work almost never occurs
Salary
- €14.71 gross per hour
- From July 1: €14.99 gross per hour
Onboarding
For the first 3 to 4 days, you will work with a Buddy. You will receive an explanation about:
- scanners and stickers
- floor plans and locations
- quality standards
- working methods within the store
Clothing
You will receive Mondial Uitzend T-shirts. Your own smart workwear, such as a plain shirt or polo, is also permitted.
- No hoodies
- No sweaters/shirts with large prints

Important to know
