What you're going to do
You work on the shop floor, maintain an overview of the production process, and help colleagues ensure the work runs smoothly.
Do you see that something can be done smarter, faster, or better? Then you get the space to take it up.
- You actively participate in production (including printing).
- You support the planning and maintain an overview of the workplace.
- You distribute the work and monitor progress.
- You ensure a safe, tidy, and structured work environment.
- You take the lead when the production coordinator is not present.
- You identify what can be improved and take action.

What you bring

- Experience in production or logistics
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview.
- You take initiative and responsibility
- You switch easily between collaborating and directing
- You are a team player and communicate clearly.
- You speak sufficient Dutch to collaborate effectively in the workplace.
