You are right in the middle of production. You work alongside the team, maintain an overview, and ensure everything runs as it should. But you also look ahead: where can things be done smarter, faster, or safer? And more importantly: you are given the space to really do something with that.
This is not a position where you have to wait years to advance. Can you show that you have what it takes? Then you will grow.
What you're going to do
You are the link between execution and management.
- You actively participate in production (including printing).
- You support the planning and maintain an overview of the workplace.
- You distribute the work and monitor progress.
- You ensure a safe, tidy, and structured work environment.
- You take the lead when the production coordinator is not present.
- You identify what can be improved and take action.

What you bring
You don't have to be a manager yet, but you do have the ambition and insight to grow in that direction.
- Experience in production or logistics
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview.
- You take initiative and responsibility
- You switch easily between collaborating and directing
- You are a team player and communicate clearly.
- You have at least a basic level of proficiency in the Dutch language.
