Mondial Uitzend is looking for a Recruitment Consultant for its head office in Schagen — also known as a Matcher or Temporary Worker Planner — who will ensure the smooth running of the daily mediation between client and flex worker.
What are you going to do?
- Daily contact with clients and flex workers regarding planning, deployment, and absenteeism.
- Drafting and managing contracts and schedules.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion with existing relationships.
- Collaborating with Recruitment and Planning for a good inflow and staffing.
Who are we looking for?
You have experience in the staffing industry or a similar service-oriented role, are stress-resistant, and switch effortlessly between client and candidate. Are you ready to delve deeper into the recruitment profession rather than just day-to-day placement? Feel free to ask about career advancement opportunities within our recruitment team. Experience with an ATS and/or Plan4flex is a plus.
What do we offer?
- A varied position for 32-40 hours per week;
- A gross monthly salary of up to €3,900 (based on full-time and depending on experience);
