Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for an experienced:

Team Leader Time and Payroll Administration (30-40 hours per week)

What are you going to do?

As Team Leader of Time and Payroll Administration, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our employees' salaries. You lead a team of four employees, and together you ensure that hours and salaries are processed correctly, checks are performed, and laws and regulations are complied with. You identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that systems are configured correctly. You are the first point of contact for our colleagues regarding matters including collective labor agreements and cost prices. As the proud holder of SNF, ABU, and NEN 4400-1 certifications, we are audited several times a year, so it is important to have everything in order.

 

What do we ask:

  • Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, supplemented with PDL and preferably VPS.
  • Experience as a manager or coordinator in the field of payroll administration.
  • Extensive experience with cost calculations, ET exchange, and various collective labour agreements (experience in the temporary employment sector is a plus).
  • Experience with payroll software such as Easyflex, Plan4Flex, Loket.nl, and Excel.
  • Independent, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented colleague with an analytical perspective and an eye for detail.
  • Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English.

  • A gross salary of up to €6,000 per month for 40 hours/week, based on experience and knowledge.
