Mondial is a growing staffing agency and payroll organization with branches in Schagen, Leeuwarden, and Venlo. For our head office in Schagen, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator for 32 hours per week.

What are you going to do?

You are responsible for accurate and timely timekeeping and payroll administration. Your duties include, among other things:

  • processing and checking time records;
  • payroll processing;
  • answering questions from employees, clients, and colleagues;
  • applying current laws and regulations;
  • improving administrative processes.

 

Starting in January 2027, we will be switching from Easyflex to AFAS. Do you already have experience with AFAS? If so, that is a significant advantage.

 

Who are we looking for?

You are accurate, responsible, and enjoy working with others. In addition, you have:

  • experience as a payroll administrator (required);
  • preferably experience within a staffing agency and/or AFAS;
  • a PDL diploma or extensive demonstrable experience in the payroll field.
  • You have a (fluent) command of the Dutch language.

 

What do we offer?

  • A varied position for 32 hours per week;
  • A gross salary of up to €5,000 gross per month (based on full-time employment and depending on experience);
  • 25 vacation days, 8.25% holiday allowance and a solid pension scheme;
